These terms cover your use of vegasplumbingpros.com (the "Site"), operated by Vegas Plumbing Pros ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we are, and what we are not

Vegas Plumbing Pros is a free website with plumbing advice and water calculators for Las Vegas Valley homeowners. Our referral line is not taking calls, and we do not currently refer homeowners to plumbers.

• We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform plumbing work, employ plumbers, supervise their work, or set their prices.
• Plumbers are independent businesses. Any quote, appointment, contract or payment for work is between you and the plumber. They are responsible for their work, their licensing and their insurance.
• No guarantees about any plumber. If you hire a plumber, including one you find through a link on the Site, we do not promise how quickly they will respond, what the work will cost, or how well it will be done.
• Check the license yourself. Before you hire anyone, you can look up a Nevada contractor's license with the Nevada State Contractors Board license search.
• No fees. Using the Site is free. We do not currently make referrals or receive payment for them. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Emergencies

If there is an immediate danger, such as a gas smell, a leak near electrical equipment, or flooding that threatens anyone's safety, leave the area and call 911 before doing anything else.

Our referral line

Our referral line is not taking calls, and the Site no longer lists a phone number or offers a callback form. If you need a plumber, you can search the Nevada State Contractors Board list of licensed contractors. Anyone you hire from that list is independent of us.

Tools and information on the Site

The calculators, rates and other information on the Site are general estimates for information only. They are not an inspection, a quote, a utility bill or professional advice. Water rates, repair costs and conditions change and vary from home to home, so check figures with your water provider and a licensed plumber before you rely on them.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Site. That includes sending false or automated requests, trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or copying its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Our content

The Site's text, design and tools belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use.

Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as the Nevada State Contractors Board. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or availability, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any work performed or not performed by any plumber or contractor, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Resolving problems

If you have a concern about the Site, please email us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. Problems with a plumber's work should be raised with that plumber, and you can also contact the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
